In operation has been online application for the existing settlement programs arrears to the State, as pointed out by the General Secretariat of Public Revenues.
Those interested can visit the website of the GSIS (Www.gsis.gr) choosing from the «services to citizens or businesses» the related application («Applications Settings»).
Also in G.G.P.S website and the website of G.G.D.E. (www.publicrevenue.gr) are available:
- Decision POL 1112/2013 of the Secretary of Public Revenue «Terms, conditions, and special issues of the settlement of overdue debts A2 subparagraph of paragraph A of the first article of Law 4152/2013″ for proven and overdue debts to the date of application for inclusion in monthly installments (up to 24) under conditions.
- Adjunctive table covered in debt restructuring, documents submitted and other terms and conditions, depending on the amount of regulated debt.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the next few days will be posted detailed explanatory circular to this rule.
The Department also notes that the application for inclusion in a dosing schedule submitted to the competent authority (DOY, Customs or Business Unit Collection) by 01.07.2013.
From 25.07.2013 the request for inclusion in dose schedule (standard setting) debts proven to Internal Revenue Service will be submitted exclusively online, through a dedicated web application for better and faster service to interested parties (natural and legal persons) without such a presence on DOY
